WHAT WE DO
CONSULTING
Framing strategic intent, simplifying organizations
Leadership teams best work together when they have coined a clear purpose, defined a strategic frame and related roadmaps designed to thrive in turbulent unknowned environments. Like a pathfinder, we support our clients in this process.
We also support them to build their organizational capabilities. Simplifying to lighten the back pack is a major challenge of most large organizations. This is to be achieved by creating harmony between structure, key processes, ways of working, tools, but also talents’ profiles.
To help leaders develop their strategic frame and roadmap, as well as their organizational capabilities, we lead group of senior leaders through processes toward agreed- upon outcomes in ways that elicit participation, ownership, and creativity from all involved.
We guide general managers design their strategic transformations, as well as their organizational efficiency challenges.

We believe facilitating learning consists in organizing knowledge available within customers’ companies and enriching it with tools and frameworks. We also believe managers need frameworks to make their knowledge more intelligible. They look for relevant insights that reveal what is present but not explicitly expressed.
Our institute delivers executive education programs on change and transformation. Executive and senior managers are our a core audience, from general managers to functional directors, from marketers to sales or R&D managers, ….
We develop learning maps, design, direct and facilitate programs with a global scope.
RESEARCH
Exploring the limits of management
The Market Shaping Institute delivers ad’hoc studies on markets, customer satisfaction or any specific topic that requires investigation. The exploration of AI transformation in relation to customer journey and top line processes is a key current theme.
The Institutes also explores advanced management and leadership themes. This is its R&D.
Most of what we call leadership, management, or even processes and tools have been designed from a Western American perspective. We believe that we can use an Eastern perspective as a lever to defamiliarize Western assumptions and reveal what a Western perspective has systematically left unthought. We have engaged in this exploration to enrich ways of thinking about how to lead change and transformation.
Furthermore, managerial practices have been designed for a world that was perceived as linear. We need to think differently, beyond linear thinking. Critical thinking, paradox thinking and creative thinking become essential skills to cope with a world of permanent disruption. Integrating these approaches in our panel of tools and frameworks is a way to stay fit for the future.
